Acoustic Comfort: An Essential Element in the Offices of the Future

AstraZeneca

In a contemporary office, the quality of a space is also measured by what you don’t hear. Reducing noise, creating environments that support concentration, and enhancing wellbeing are now key factors in productivity and in the experience of those who use the space.

At BAMER, we develop acoustic solutions that respond to these challenges, combining technical performance, design and customisation in projects where every detail contributes to creating a more efficient working environment.

BNP Paribas

Two examples of this approach are the new AstraZeneca and BNP Paribas hubs, built by Vector Mais in Lisbon, where our acoustic products play a key role in the organisation and comfort of the spaces.

In the new AstraZeneca office, designed to accommodate more than 750 employees, BAMER’s acoustic solutions were integrated alongside the partition systems, creating environments that balance collaboration, privacy and concentration. The result is a workspace designed to support different ways of working, where acoustic comfort contributes directly to the teams’ daily wellbeing.

At the BNP Paribas hub, BAMER’s acoustic products complement the partition, joinery and upholstery solutions, helping to create a balanced, functional environment aligned with a new concept of the workplace. Acoustic quality becomes an integral part of the architecture, allowing collaborative areas and focus spaces to coexist harmoniously.

Manufactured in Portugal, BAMER Acoustic products are developed to meet the demands of the most challenging projects, combining high acoustic absorption, design freedom and a strong commitment to sustainability through the use of recycled PET panels. These solutions can be applied to walls, ceilings, partitions and a variety of customised elements, adapting to the specific needs of each project.
