ACOUSTIC

Bamer Acoustic panels are made from post-consumer recycled polyester (PET) fibers. These panels combine excellent acoustic performance with strong environmental credentials, making them ideal for a variety of interior applications. They can be used directly, cut and installed, or serve as raw material to create slatted panels and other decorative forms through cutting and machining with specialized industrial equipment, while maintaining their acoustic properties and visual appearance.

Technical Features

  • 100% polyester (PET) fibers, with a minimum of 60% post-consumer recycled content, certified by SCS Recycled Content. This material offers an excellent balance of acoustic performance, durability, and sustainability.

  • Bamer Acoustic panels feature permanent fire-resistant (FR) properties, without the need for additional chemical treatments that could compromise environmental safety or the product’s recyclability.

  • A key feature of these panels is the absence of formaldehyde, heavy metals, or measurable Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), contributing to improved indoor air quality.

    • 2440 x 1220 mm (Thickness: 9mm; Density: 1900 g/m²; NRC: 0,85)

    • 2800 x 1220 mm (Thickness: 12mm; Density: 2400 g/m²; NRC: 0,85)

    • 2440 x 1220 mm (Thickness: 24mm; Density: 3500 g/m²; NRC: 0,85)

  • Class I Certification, indicating that the product is safe for contact with babies and children up to 3 years old. This strict certification ensures the product contains no harmful substances at levels that could pose a risk to human health.

  • These certifications confirm the low VOC emissions of Bamer Acoustic panels, making them safe for use in sensitive indoor environments such as schools, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.

  • Independent certification verifying a minimum of 60% post-consumer recycled PET content in the panels, ensuring the credibility of the product’s sustainability claims.

  • EN13501 B-s1,d0 and ASTM E84 Class A, demonstrating the high level of fire safety of these panels, suitable for use in public buildings with strict safety requirements.
