WDC Mexico

Yesterday marked the WDC Mexico, a key event for reflecting on the future of workspaces — and at BAMER, we are proud to have been one of the main sponsors of this edition, together with Organitec.

The Workplace Design Conference 2026, organized by 3g Office together with Globant in Mexico City, brought together leaders and experts who are redefining the way we work and experience corporate spaces.

Centered around a key question — “Is the commute to the office worth it?” — the event highlighted how strategic design can transform the office into a purpose-driven destination: a space that enhances talent, strengthens organizational culture, and fosters well-being, engagement, and productivity.

Throughout the day, notable sessions included the keynote by Adriana Velasco Rangel (ManpowerGroup), a talent panel featuring leaders from MSD, GEPP, and Newell Brands, moderated by Jose Raynal (3g Office Mexico), and a success case presented by the Globant team.

At BAMER, we continue to champion debate and innovation around workspaces, collaborating on initiatives that promote new ways of thinking, designing, and inhabiting the office.

We thank the organizers and all participants for making this event a true gathering point for the industry.
